Adjustment of claims from the aviation field, including the “RETA” Insurance (Civil Liability of air carriers), with the issuance of legal opinions, analysis of coverage under insurance agreements and of rules applicable to aviation, provision of the Request for Damages Form to the surviving victims and/or their beneficiaries, assessment of recoverable sums, and mediation and execution of agreements to the payment of losses as due. Participation in lawsuits aiming at the validation of agreements, and in court proceedings involving various issues pertaining to the Aviation Law.
