We participate at mediations and arbitrations, and draw up compromissory clauses and preparatory terms thereof. The Office prevents litigations by means of mediation or negotiation of extrajudicial agreements between private parties, or by taking part at the preparation of Conduct Adjustment Agreements with the Public Prosecutor’s Office
