Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and post-graduated in Public Law from UNESA. He holds an LLM in Corporate Law from the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets of Rio de Janeiro (IBMEC) and a Masters in Administrative Law from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF). He also has courses in International Humanitarian Law at Escola Superior de Guerra, Legal English at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Business Contracts at CEU Law School and Port Law at Maritime Law Academy. He is a member of the Sea, Port and Maritime Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association. With extensive experience in judicial, administrative and regulatory litigation, public and private contracts, he is the partner responsible for the port, maritime, oil & gas and defense industry sectors.
