Experience in credit recovery, especially foreclosures, repossession, search and seizure, having provided services to large banks and oil derivatives distributors.
Experience in Special Civil Court and Consumer Relations actions, especially in civil liability actions, having provided services to large mobile operators and hypermarkets. Experience in Insurance Law in the civil litigation area, acting in several branches of Insurance, especially Automobile, Life, Personal Accident, Health and Transport. Performance focused on advocacy for large companies in the insurance market and supplementary health operators.
